EcoPass 2011:

2011 Sign Up begins with the neighborhood mailing in early October, be on the lookout for your sign up to arrive by mail. The only way to assure that your block qualifies for the 2011 ecopass is to SIGN UP. Send in your form as soon as possible and before the October 31 deadline. If your block did not qualify this year and/or if you want to help assure your block qualifies in 2011, VOLUNTEER to be your block leader. EcoPass 2010: It is never too late to sign up.

If your block is shaded, you can get your 2010 decal by signing up now,  remember – it is NEVER too late to sign up, download the sign-up form below, make sure to use the form as it prompts  for all the required information, and send it in.   Rates are prorated, so give yourself a discount (each month after January is 1/12th less).

If you have a lost or stolen pass, fill out the sign up form, write ‘lost’ or ‘stolen’ next to the box you check for a new id, and send it in and we will supply you with a new decal and the document you need to get a replacement ID.

Merchant Discounts unique to Newlands EcoPass holders:

10% discount at Bill Cronin Goldsmith (Buffalo and Flatiron jewelry only), Fredric Ian, Jacque Michelle II (show pass prior to ringing up purchase), Moe’s Bagels, Noodles & Co (Newlands location only), Pekoe Sip House, Perry’s Shoe Shop, Pharmaca (except on prescriptions, newspaper, and postal service).

CU Students: you can get a Newlands EcoPass – good the ENTIRE year – and waive your Student Bus and Bike Programs Fee.

  1. A student with both a currently valid Newlands Eco Pass and a CU student bus pass may waive the student bus and bike programs fee if they choose.
  2. CU Boulder has a policy that currently enrolled CU students who have a valid Neighborhood EcoPass ID with current sticker can get a waiver of their Student Bus and Bike Programs Fee.  Visit http://ecenter.colorado.edu/transportation/bus/rtd-student-bus-pass-program/287-fee-waiver-policy for all details of the policy.
  3. Questions regarding the Fee Waiver Policy and Procedure may be sent by email to buspass@colorado.edu
  4. Only students may request a waiver of their student bus and bike programs fee. Full-time employees of the University receive a pass paid by the University.
